  • Overview

    Primat Recruitment are looking for a Systems Development Analyst (ERP)

    Defining the overall structure of the Group’s IT systems and processes, the team is focused on improving business efficiency through the use of new and improved systems and technologies.  

    Responsibilities

    • Developing clients ERP system by analysing internal processes and requirements and translating these into technical solutions
    • Performing ERP system upgrades and working with external vendors on integration and development projects
    • Analysing business processes and requirements and proposing technical solutions
    • Creating, analysing and documenting testing schedules
    • Creating and delivering training documentation to the support team and end users
    • Supporting change control for system enhancements
    • Working with 3rd party vendors and developers
    • Keep abreast of trends/innovation in recruitment and attraction including social media and work with marketing and Social Media Resourcer to deliver an effective social media strategy.
    • Build a best practice recruitment team focused on results, collaboration, and communication.  

    PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

    • Production of reports/statistics to deadlines
    • On-going Management appraisal

    Qualifications

    Skills

    • ERP – preferably Infor M3
    • Familiarity of working with a Virtualised Infrastructure
    • Experience of working within project teams delivering projects within tight deadlines
    • Full, clean driving licence (preferred)
